You are entering into a contract with Asgard Scotland LLP which binds you and Asgard in various ways. These drop shipping conditions list the responsibilities and commitments you and Asgard have towards each other. Please note that throughout these conditions the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “ourselves” refer to Asgard.
1. Making a Purchase. Our Terms are payment in full at date of order. When you make a purchase you are accepting, on behalf of your third party, the terms of these purchase conditions. A binding contract comes into existence once we have received your payment and we have issued a confirmation by e-mail. Purchases will be made through our website, www.asgard.scot via the dropshipping account.Payment. Must be made at the time of purchase, either by credit/debit card or paypal and orders be subsequently dispatched.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
2. Pricing : You will receive the single unit dropshipping price as listed on the website.
3. Administration Charge : There is a £2.00 administration charge levied at each drop shipping purchase, payable at the time of each individual purchase.
4. Delivery. You will take full responsibility for ensuring the correct delivery address with the correct postal/zip code.
5. Shipping. We try to dispatch in stock items within 3 working days, however please allow up to 7 days before checking with the status of your order. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock then we will email you with a revised dispatch date. Cost of shipping
a. UK £2.50 2nd class signed for or UK £3.50 1st Class signed for
b. Special Delivery £7.50 or Saturday delivery £12.00
c. EU £9.00 tracked and signed
d. ROW : £10.00 tracked and signed
If none of these methods are selected on checkout, Asgard will take no responsibility for non delivery.
6. Returns. A customer wishing to return a product must do so directly to your company.
7. In the event of a non delivery. Your company will take responsibility for any non-delivery where a non- tracked method of delivery has been selected at the time of purchase.
8. Correction of Advertised Rates: We reserve the right to correct errors in advertised prices and alter prices in our brochure or on the website, which may go up or down. We will advise you of the current online price at the time of purchase. Correction of Confirmed Prices- We also reserve the right to correct errors in confirmed prices. In this case, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of the error. If the correct price is higher and you do not wish to pay this, you will be entitled to cancel and receive a full refund of all monies you have paid to us providing you notify us within 14 days of our advising you of the error. VAT- In the event of a change in the rate of VAT during the course of the year, Asgard reserve the right to re-invoice at the new amount of VAT .
9. Changes by You. Requests for amendments, including a change of product or address, after your purchase has been confirmed, will incur a £5 administration fee per accommodation and will be subject to availability.
10. Cancellation by You. Telephone us immediately if you have to cancel an order and on the same day email your cancellation request to help@asgard.scot
11.The laws of Scotland govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and buying our products, you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply.Unless private agreement in writing has been received by the customer, the customer must recognise the Asgard brand in the revelant selling platform or social media. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorised representatives of the Company.
12. Amendments. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective 7 days after they are posted on www.asgard.scot
